Why we don't bill by the hour

Hourly billing rewards slow work. We agree the scope and the price first.

When a firm bills by the hour, it earns more the longer things take. That is an odd thing to ask a client to sign up for.

So we do it the other way. After a short chat we agree what we are fixing, a small first step and the price, in writing. From there, finishing quickly is good for both of us.

Why there is no price list

Jobs differ too much. Connecting two systems and setting up private AI are not the same size of work. We would rather quote your job than show a number that fits nobody.

What you will not see

No timesheets and no surprise invoices. If the scope changes, we tell you the cost before we start, and you decide.
