How much will it cost?
We quote for the work after understanding what you need and the tools involved. We agree the scope and cost with you before building, including any ongoing service costs.
Do we need AI?
Not always. We use the simplest reliable way to solve the problem. Sometimes that means AI; sometimes a straightforward connection between your tools is enough.
Will we need to replace our tools?
Often, no. We first look at how to make the tools you already use work better together. If something needs to change, we explain why and discuss the options with you.
How will you handle our information?
We agree what information is needed, who or what can access it, and whether outside services will process it under their own terms. Private hosting is an option where needed.
What happens after it's built?
You own the agreed custom code, settings and documentation. You can manage it yourself or arrange support with Vargos. Third-party tools keep their own licences.
Will we still have a say in what happens?
Yes. We agree what can happen automatically and what needs your approval. High-risk decisions and actions need a person to approve them; anything unclear stops for review.
